All material and information included in product or service you’ve purchased (the “Product”) is copyrighted and no part of the Product may not be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the author(s), Heidi Thorne and Thorne Communications LLC.

Disclaimer: Thorne Communications LLC, Heidi Thorne and any of its affiliates, and any of its or its affiliate’s respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns (collectively, “Thorne”) does not make any guarantee or other promises as to any results that may be achieved or obtained through your use of the product or service you’ve purchased (the “Product”) or any information or materials presented therewith, provided in connection therewith or included therein. The information provided in the Product and any accompanying material is for informational purposes only, and should not be used as a substitute for your own research and due diligence. Your use of the Product is at your own risk. You are responsible for checking with appropriate authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and limitations.

Without limiting the foregoing, Thorne hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties with respect to the Product, including, without limitation, any representation and warranty with respect to the achievement of any results, the correctness or completeness of any information or materials presented with the Product, provided in connection with the Product or included in the Product or the advisability of any act or failure to act. You acknowledge and agree that Thorne shall have no liability or obligation to you or any of your affiliates or any of your or your affiliate’s respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns for any claims, damages, expenses or other losses arising out of, in connection with, resulting from or otherwise relating to the Product, including, without limitation, any errors or omissions therein.

The opinions, information, materials expressed, provided or presented with the Product, provided in connection with the Product or included in the Product by anyone other than Thorne, Thorne Communications LLC and/or Heidi Thorne (including guest bloggers, podcast guests, commenters, Facebook Group members, etc.) are not necessarily the opinion, information or materials of Thorne, Thorne Communications LLC and/or Heidi Thorne and your reliance on these opinions, information and materials is at your own risk.

Renewals, Payments, Cancellations and Rates: Any Product offered on a subscription basis will be automatically renewed, at the current rate at the time of renewal, until specifically cancelled by you via written notice (email notice is acceptable). If any automatic bank account debits or credit card payments are suspended or revoked for any reason (i.e., insufficient funds or credit availability), your subscription will be considered cancelled. There are no refunds or credits for subscription services delivered prior to cancellation date; as well, cancellation fees may be applied. In the event you wish to reinstate a cancelled subscription service, it will be reinstated at the current rate as of the reinstatement date. Though Thorne will attempt to accommodate requests upon reinstatement of a cancelled subscription, there is the possibility that you may not be able to resume where you left off when you cancelled or retrieve any material delivered prior to reinstatement. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Upgrades in Product service (i.e., month-to-month subscription to annual fee subscription) can be requested at any time and will begin when full prepayment is received for the upgrade. No credit for previous Product purchases will be given and upgrades will be treated as a new Product purchase with a new renewal date (if a subscription-based product).

Product Delivery, Email Opt-In and Privacy Policy: Product is delivered completely via email, social media, or the website, or includes an email component. Therefore, by purchasing the Product, you consent to receive email and other communications from Thorne. You also agree to the terms of Thorne’s Privacy Policy. Any site or service not owned or controlled by Thorne (i.e., social media, links to external sites) may have additional or different privacy policies which may apply to your participation and purchase of the Product. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

Advertising/Sponsorship Disclosure: This site, social media (Facebook Pages and Groups, Twitter channels, etc.), and the Product may feature advertisements and endorsements for which Thorne, Thorne Communications LLC and/or Heidi Thorne are compensated as part of their normal course of business and to fund the operation and maintenance of these sites and the Product.

Any examples used on this site, related sites, or in the Product are for illustrative purposes only and do not suggest affiliation or endorsement.

Group Disciplinary Policies: By participating in the Product, which may include social media participation (i.e., Facebook Groups), you agree to respect the privacy of other members and not disclose any member information or content without that member’s specific written consent. You also agree not to spam, add to email lists or databases, or solicit sales from other group members unless they specifically request you to do so in writing or by officially opting in.

You also agree to not share ANY posts, comments, content or any information whatsoever that is provided in and through the Product.

Thorne retains the right to discontinue providing Product to you for behavior Thorne deems inappropriate and/or that violates Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for our website(s), programs, Products, social media channels (i.e., Facebook), events (live or  virtual), etc.

Failure to comply with any of these group disciplinary policies will result in immediate dismissal from Product and services, along with forfeiture of any subscription fees paid until date of dismissal.

Note: Online and Self-Directed Programs are only available to participants in the United States.
